Elysium Business Centre provides a business name registration service for companies, individuals and partnerships based in Ireland. According to the Registration of Business Names Act (1963), individuals, partnerships or companies who trade under a name that is different to their own name, must register the name that they wish to trade with.

Please Note:
Only residents of Ireland can register a business name as a Sole Traders. Non-residents must supply a Business Permission Letter from the Department of Justice and a Stamp 4.
Business names are not classified as registered until approved by the Companies Registration Office.
Registering a business name does not make it exclusive i.e. it doesn’t prevent another company or individual from registering a similar or identical name.
